Blemishes, Pimples and Moles… OH MY!
We all hate zits. Some of us hate moles. You’ve probably wasted a lot of money on piss-poor over the counter drugs to get ride of them. Probably had no idea that an item in your kitchen cabinet could do the trick. Dilute apple cider vinegar in 1/2 part vinegar and 1/2 part water. Place in a spray bottle and use as a face toner. Dab it on your pimples and acne breakouts. It doesn’t have the greatest smell so do this at night time. OR … make it fancy and add a few drops of essential oils like Tea Tree to knock out the stench.
Be aware that your skin is an organ… a living breathing organ… The largest organ in the body.
Nothing should go n your skin that you can’t eat. What you put on your skin dives straight into your bloodstream. So think of your cosmetics as food for the skin. If its not edible, then it should not go on your skin!
This toner is great! It’s edible! It’s safe… non-toxic. You get the picture.
For moles, soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar. Place it on your mole and keep it there for a few hours or overnight with a band-aid to hold it on place. The ACV will naturally soften the mole tissue and eventually dissolve the bond that keeps it there. This method probably works best with no dilution, but its strong so be sure to moisture the skin immediately after! with shea butter, coconut oil, cocoa butter, or aloe vera gel. Notice all of these things are edible, non-toxic, and great food for the skin.
